I took my daughter's Toyota to the New Windsor to get an inspection. It was very convent because it was close to me. I am satisfied with the service I received and I will recommend AAMCO to my friends.
I came in with a problem with an alternator that was put in in a different place just two weeks earlier, but was defective. The manager did his best to track the place from where this alternator was bought, even though he didn't have to - just to be helpful. The car was checked thoroughly and fixed. We walked in and didn't have an appointment but we were seen pretty fast, which I liked. We talked to the owner a while, he was nice and after my service was complete, one of the techs even went out of their way to hook up a machine to my car and did a free check to see if I had a hose leak. Other places prob wouldn't have done that for free. I will be going back to this AAMCO for future repairs.

I brought my car right over and the guys were fantastic. They are knowledgeable, and have great customer service. They had my 2002 Ford Mustang up and running a day sooner than I thought. The center manager is great, I brought our 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse in for Transmission work , The manager was informative , very trustworthy, I couldn't ask for better communication, I even followed up a few weeks later to make sure no leaks, none were found , for the vehicle it runs smooth , I highly recommend them.

We originally took our Nissan Sentra to Midas for an oil change and asked them to check out the sticking shifter. Midas told us we needed an entire new transmission! We decided to drop it off at AAMCO in New Windsor on a Sunday evening, without an appointment, and the car was repaired within 24 hours, only requiring the shift assembly to be replaced. AAMCO saved us literally thousands of dollars! Lea and Ray were friendly, professional and took the time to explain everything, guaranteeing that we will be repeat customers.
I brought 2 cars within 1 week for repair. One truck for a transmission rebuild and an SUV for a valve leak and sensor issue. Both repairs were done quickly and without any issues. I highly recommend them and am glad I found a knowledgeable repair center.
